<description>I agree with you completely. Montgomery County, specifically Lake Conroe &amp; The Woodlands, is the best place to live and work in the US. Not to capitalize off the damage from Hurricane Ike, but we will surely see an influx of home buyers over the next few months. They will need homes fast, so building one is not feasible.

Of course its not hard for a home related service to thrive in the Houston area after Hurricane Ike. Contractors beware, a large majority of work around Lake Conroe will be completed rather quickly and we will return to prior market conditions - which before the hurricane were less than stellar. Luckily new home buyers tend to need services and upgrades. Realtors are a tremendous help in forwarding their clients - usually new to the area - to qualified contractors.

Hoping to make it easier for realtors to find top quality contractors &amp; service providers, I have created Exquisite Home &amp; Business Services - a FREE One Stop Contractors &amp; Service Network.
