We will be first time home buyers, and I was reading about the $100.00 down for the HUD homes. Can you tell me more about this program. Also, we both have been going through credit repair, to get our credit improved, because we were told that if we want to purchase a home as a FHA, that our credit score had to be atleast 580, which they are both now, for me & my husband. Also, can you tell me, if you purchase a HUD home, would we still qualify for the tax credit of $7500?
